2025 y\u0131l\u0131na y\u00f6nelik Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeler, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki halka arz s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini daha \u015feffaf ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 dostu hale getirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Bu yeni d\u00fczenlemeler, hem \u015firketlerin hem de yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyor. SPK\u2019n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi d\u00fczenlemelerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
